Hospitering av Internasjonale Speiderdelegasjoner i Sommer

Andre gruppe av det Portugisiske speiderforbunds tar med seg 11 rovere og en leder på en rundreise for å besøk sine Nordiske speiderbrødre i sommer. Annenhvert år drar 2. group Associação de Escoteiros de Portugal, på en reise for å besøke andre europeiske speidergrupper, og i år går reisen til norden.

 

Gruppen består av gutter/unge menn i alderen 17-21år og reiser i følge med en leder. I den forbindelse ønsker de gjerne å hospitere hos speiderfrender i landene de besøker. De planlegger å besøke speidergrupper i Helsinki, Stockholm, og Oslo mellom 1. og 22. August 2010.

Ellers har vi en forespørsel fra en tysk gruppe med rovere (18-20 år) fra Nürnberg. De vil gjerne til Norge i sommer, men har ikke spesifisert tidspunkt. Det kan kanskje være hyggelig å invitere dem på Lands Leier? Om det er en gruppe som kunne tenke seg å ta kontakt med den tyske speidergruppen, så kan dere lese vedlagt mail fra speiderleder Katharina.

Hi!
My name is Catarina and I'm a rover from the second group1 of the Portuguese Scouts Association (“Associação de Escoteiros de Portugal”)2 3. We are 11 rovers in our clan with ages between 17 and 21 years-old and a leader.
In August 2010 we are going to realise a Summer big activity, which we call “Clan On Tour” and it takes place every two years.
In the last one we did a big trip around the Europe during a month, in which we visited several countries, such as, France, Holland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic.
This year, our objective is to visit another area of great interest, since we couldn't visit it on the last one, the Northen Europe.
Our trip plan includes the passage in three countries: Finland, Sweden and Norway. We predict to arrive in Helsinki on the 1st of August and until 22nd we intend to visit Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo.
I would like to know if in this period would be possible for you to give us shelter. In the last trip, we stayed in several scouts groups which enabled us to contact with diferent ways of scouting and gave us the opportunity of knowing better the culture of the country that we were in. This kind of intimacy with our brother scouts was very enjoyable.
If you could shelter us, we would like to repeat this magnificent experience.
The huge antecipation of our contact is due to the earlier experience, in which the scouts groups took to much time to answer. As we would like to enjoy the stay in the cities as much as we could, we look forward to hearing from you.

we are interested spend our summer-holidays in Norwegen. Therefor we search a partnergroup.
It would be nice the group would be in Oslo.

Perhaps you can help me.
